RETURN All of our items are custom made, therefore, please understand that we do not accept returns. We will issue a reprint/refund for orders that are defective (misprints, receiving the wrong size or color, poorly-printed, broken,...). You don't have to return the product in order to be eligible for a refund/reprint. Note: If a return is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or reprint will be given. Requests must be made within 15 days from the arrival date, especially for fragile products. ---- REFUND/EXCHANGE In order to handle your request faster, please send us the pictures demonstrating the issues with the items you want to ask for a refund/exchange. The images should be: - Taken on a flat surface (Both front and back) - Taken with a measuring device to prove that we have sent you the wrong size - Images of the product's tag - Clear representation of the damage or defect We will issue a reprint/refund for orders that are: - Damaged items - The product received is not the same as the items displayed on the website/store - The product received is not what you ordered - Poor print quality - Wrong color/size Once we receive your refund/exchange request, an email will be sent to notify whether your request has been approved or rejected. Note: No refunds will be given for mistakes that are not made by our store. This includes you ordering the wrong size, style, or color as we print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in. If your request is approved, we'll process the refund, and the payment will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should check your bank account balance within a few business days, allowing for bank processing time. ---- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Otherwise, you should contact your payment provider or your issuing bank as it might take some time for processing before your refund is officially processed. On average, merchandises are produced and shipped from our facility within 7-10 business days after purchase. With Canvas, it might take up to 20-30 business days to start shipping your items. Standard shipping/transit times apply as follow: 5-10 business days for domestic and 7-15 business days for international). However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic and extremely high order demand, carrier services might need additional 10-15 days to ship packages anywhere.
